We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Contracts Coordinator to take ownership of end-to-end coordination across procurement, logistics, sales, and financial administration within a dynamic and high-volume operational environment.

This is a critical role that sits at the heart of operations—ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, transporters, clients, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle for procurement and sales
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and transport bookings
• Oversee sales orders, invoicing, and credit note processes
• Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous supply to operations
• Handle disputes, claims, and reconciliations
