Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Process Optimization: Analyze current onboarding workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement streamlined, scalable solutions
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners including Recruiting, PCG, Registrations, Marketing, etc. to align processes and remove friction points
+ Change Management: Lead and support process and structural changes, ensuring smooth adoption across large, matrixed teams
+ Risk & Compliance Alignment: Ensure all processes meet regulatory and firm requirements while maintaining efficiency
+ Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage metrics, KPIs, and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness and guide improvements
+ Standardization & Documentation: Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process maps to ensure consistency and clarity across partner groups
+ Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies to embed ongoing improvement
