We're hiring someone to keep our operations running smoothly — building systems, bridging teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll do: - Build and maintain SOPs for sales, delivery, and production workflows
- Coordinate daily handoffs between the sales and delivery teams
- Set up automations and AI tools to reduce manual work
- Support account managers with client management processes
- Track operational metrics and flag blockers to leadership
You're a fit if you: - Have experience in operations or project coordination
- Can build processes from scratch, not just follow existing ones
- Communicate well across different teams
- Are comfortable with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, or similar
- Work fast, stay organized, and adapt quickly
