About the Role We're recruiting for a 9-12 month contract position with a prestigious private equity fund to cover a team member going on maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with fund operations experience, particularly in KYC/AML processes and account openings.
Key Responsibilities Support the operational functions of fund transactions and investment settlements Assist with onboarding new funds, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and other legal entities Liaise with bankers, custodians, and brokers to establish new accounts Process internal and external KYC requests, including annual reviews by banks and service providers Ensure timely filing requirements with relevant authorities Collaborate with external agents on KYC/AML matters and monitor progress Maintain proper documentation and records Handle additional fund operation tasks as required
