Operations Associate, Home Quality

From the moment a home is ready to start work to the moment it’s loved, our team ensures that every step—inspections, repairs, cleaning, photography, listings—reflects our commitment to delivering homes that meet Belong’s standards.

We’re looking for a hands-on operator who owns a portfolio of homes from inspection → scope → repairs → QA → photos → listing → move-in. You’ll translate inspection findings into action, coordinate contractors and schedules, manage revenues executed and timelines, and keep every stakeholder aligned. If you’re proactive, organized, and energized by making things happen fast—and right—this role is for you. This isn’t a sit-back role.
