Primary Functions
- Validate reservation documents prior to recording of sales
- Prepare draft documents including Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, and amendments
- Process commissions for eligible transactions
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Validate reservation documents before sales recording
- Record new sales transactions in the SAP system
- Review and validate documents for sales-related account adjustments
- Prepare Contracts to Sell and Deeds of Absolute Sale drafts
- Track contracts and deeds until fully executed copies are received and filed
- Process commissions for qualified accounts and sellers
- Maintain accurate records of documents and payment requests for title transfer
- Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with AMLA regulations
