They are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Manager to oversee customs clearance and operational efficiency within their freight forwarding division.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end customs clearance operations including import, export, transshipment, and transportation activities.Ensure full compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs regulations and all other relevant statutory requirements.Liaise effectively with government agencies such as Customs, MITI, SIRIM, MAQIS, MOH, and Port Authorities.Manage licensing renewals, maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and monitor customs clearance KPIs.Supervise and coordinate with local partners, vendors, and third-party contractors to ensure...
