Overview Of The Role

As an Operations Executive at INDITEX, you will oversee the operational aspects of the store. You are responsible for ensuring efficient stock management, including RFID usage, stockroom organization, and replenishment processes. You will play a key role in customer service and ensuring compliance with legal standards, health, and safety regulations. Your ability to work within a team and independently will drive store performance and operational excellence.

RFID Knowledge and Application

• Fully understand the general concept of RFID, including RFID Identity and RFID Reading.
• Recognize and leverage six benefits of RFID: Customer Service, Sale/Return, Inventory, Camion, Replenishment, and Security.
