JOB OVERVIEW To manage and execute daily airfreight import operational activities efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely cargo clearance, shipment visibility, operational compliance, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders to meet service requirements and operational KPIs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Processing - Retrieve and verify shipping documents for break-bulk shipments.
- Ensure shipping details on Commercial Invoice and House Air Waybill (HAWB) are accurate before cargo clearance processing.
- Open job files with accurate shipment details.
- Coordinate cargo tracking and tracing with airlines, Ground Handling Agents (GHA), overseas offices, and internal departments.
- Monitor shipment milestones and ensure timely updates in operational systems.
