Position Overview
My Client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Administrator to become the operational backbone of a busy accredited training centre.
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related qualification
- Additional QMS / ISO administration training will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in a senior administrative role
- At least 3 yearsβ experience handling compliance, quality management, or accreditation administration
- Previous experience within an accredited training environment is highly advantageous
Key Duties:
- Maintain learner records, attendance registers, assessments, and compliance files
- Manage enrolments, learner agreements, and onboarding administration
- Prepare and maintain QCTO, MERSETA, AHK, and OHS audit documentation
