Position Overview
Responsibilities: Reconciliation Perform daily reconciliation and balancing for Deposits, Cards & Unsecured Loans Investigation Identify discrepancies in financial reports and transaction records. Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues. Escalate to Team Manager on any other exceptions. Apply the knowledge learnt & propose ideas to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Others Assist and support TM/TL in system enhancements or process improvement project. Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) The Talent: Min. 2 years of experience in financial institutions, with knowledge in reconciliation would be an added advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good team player Positive thinking and able to work independently. Fluency in Mandarin (both written & spoken) is a strong advantage, to be able to liaise with mandarin-speaking associates
