Job Title Operations Analyst
Contract Duration 12 months
Working Hours Mon - Fri, 9-6pm, OT might be needed if there is an influx of workload
Location Jurong East
Salary Range Up to $3,400
Scope - Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) / Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT)
- Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing
- Perform daily reconciliation of ITT/OTT payments
- Collaborate widely with internal stakeholders and ensure that their ITT/OTT payment related queries are timely addressed, and issues timely resolved.
- Ensure timely escalation of system issues and work with tech counterparts to resolve those issues
