Delivering process training to frontline Branch staff whilst supporting the Branch Network in hitting PARC targets on compliance and shrinkage and resolving key Operational issues.
Duties Main Duties and Accountabilities Provide training on Operational processes to new starters throughout initial induction period and any further training to existing staff as and when necessary and as demonstrated branch Audit results. Maintain Operational Training plans for branches covered. Offer basic training and support on Cash Banking processes. Complete Operational Health Checks. Support completion of Audits scoring by providing data. Drive branches throughout month for process completion to ensure smooth month end completion. Support Branch Stocktake Management programme. Develop key Team Members to follow defined RTS processes, reduce any potential write offs and to follow defined warranty processes.
