About the Role
The role will play a key function in supporting resort culinary teams to consistently deliver high-quality dishes in line with the recipes specified in Starchef or by our franchise partners (retail).
This role will focus on driving improvements in food quality and guest satisfaction by ensuring strict adherence to recipe standards and enhancing operational skills through targeted training and support. Key responsibilities include: Supporting chefs in delivering exceptional guest experiences through consistent food quality. Monitoring and improving key performance indicators related to food cost, wastage, and margin. Holding teams accountable to ensure operational standards and recipe compliance are met. Collaborating with venues to identify and address gaps in culinary execution and training. Supporting resort teams in compliance to H&S and FSMS policy through regular audit routines.
