Advise on matters related to Operational Risk Management. Conduct Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and Operational Risk Exposure (ORE) evaluations. Review, update, and maintain documentation for policies and procedures across Operational Risk Management, Fraud Management, and New Product Management. Collaborate with various departments to report operational risk events, identify root causes, and develop suitable mitigation plans.
