The Americas Operational Resilience Department enables Mizuho to effectively manage business disruption risks and ensure the continuity of critical services. The team supports regulatory compliance, client protection, and market stability by embedding resilience across both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

The department operates across two integrated pillars:

+ Resilience Transformation, including strategy, framework design, regulatory remediation, and capability development

+ Resilience Operations, focused on execution, testing, reporting, and event readiness across Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and Key Business Services (KBS)
