Operational Manager

Operational Manager required for an outstanding company in Atlantis (Western Cape).

Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee operations. Formulate strategies to improve performance. Procure materials and resources and secure compliance. Increase customer services and implement best practices across all levels. Mentor team members. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Manage budgets and forecasts. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members. Minimum Requirements

Must have a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related fields. A chemistry background is an added advantage.
