Summary
The Operational Account Manager, Air Expedite is an integral part of the Road US team’s freight brokerage operations and assist with the establishment and development of relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. They are responsible for developing the branch’s house accounts, while continuously seeking out new growth opportunities with current and new clients and oversee the flow of communication with clients regarding all aspects of the account.
