Position Overview
- Supervise the on-site cleaning team in carrying out daily cleaning operations at the client’s premises.
- Follow up on periodic schedules and client requests.
- Assign duties and ad‑hoc cleaning tasks to the site team.
- Be hands‑on in carrying out regular cleaning duties and maintaining overall cleanliness when required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address operational needs and feedback.
- Identify equipment faults and report them to the client and management promptly.
- Undertake any other duties or activities as assigned by management.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including non‑weekend off days and AM, PM, or midnight shifts, depending on the job location.
- Able to use web browsers and mobile applications.
- Language: Able to read and speak fluent English, and write simple English.
- Working Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
