Job Description:

• Prepare, review, and process export-import documentation to ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, terminals, government agencies, vendors, and customers regarding shipment activities.
• Monitor container handling activities, including stuffing, stripping, break bulk, and cargo inspections.
• Oversee transportation operations and coordinate with trucking vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle import documentation, including Delivery Order (DO) collection and cargo release processes.
• Prepare and submit export declarations (PEB) and other required operational documents.
• Handle customer invoicing and maintain accurate operational records and reports.
