Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the companyβs moving and logistics activities
- Plan job schedules, allocate manpower and coordinate drivers and movers efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries, site surveys, quotations, booking arrangements and after-sales follow-up
- Plan delivery routes, optimize manpower and vehicle deployment, and monitor operational costs
- Supervise team performance, workplace safety practices, service standards and operational discipline
- Develop and improve operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Oversee fleet scheduling, vehicle maintenance and inventory management of moving equipment and materials
