Position Overview
1. Role Objective
To oversee and manage the daily operations, manpower deployment, service quality, and client coordination for all housekeeping and engineering services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards across all sites. 2. Key Responsibilities
A. Daily Operations Management
Oversee daily operations for:Hotel housekeeping (room attendants, supervisors)Public area cleaning teamsEngineering/technical teams (aircon, maintenance, FM support) Ensure all sites are properly staffed, on time, and operational Monitor job completion status and resolve delays immediately Conduct daily operations review (morning + end-of-day reporting) B. Manpower Planning & Deployment
Plan and assign manpower based on:Occupancy levelsWorkload (rooms / tasks / service contracts) Manage last-minute absenteeism, no-shows, and replacements Coordinate standby staff deployment Optimize manpower cost vs productivity (credits / hours / output) C. Quality Control & SOP Compliance
