Job Description
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, service quality, housekeeping, safety, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth business performance
Manage and monitor accountants, cashiers, store staff, guards, sweepers, and operational teams to maintain productivity and discipline.
Prepare, review, and submit operational reports including sales, inventory, attendance, production, COGS, and financial records within assigned timelines.
Handle cash management, banking transactions, bookkeeping, vouchers, salary records, asset registers, and other operational documentation.
Supervise inventory purchasing, stock availability, vendor management, and coordination with the supply chain department for timely inventory receiving.
Ensure maintenance and monitoring of generators, kitchen equipment, utilities, fire safety measures, first aid arrangements, and security systems.
