Join a high growth forex brokerage and take ownership of core operational functions. This role sits at the center of client onboarding, payments, and platform operations, working closely with sales, dealing, and risk teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth client experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting a secure trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & CRM

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC verification and account activation
• Monitor the full client lifecycle from registration to first deposit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems
• Manage IB and CPA campaigns, including setup and tracking
• Ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience
