Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across machining, assembly, and related production functions
  • Drive productivity, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
• Production Planning & Control (PPnC)
  • Oversee PPnC to ensure effective production scheduling and on-time delivery
  • Align production plans with customer demand, sales forecasts, and capacity constraints
  • Balance load planning across machines, manpower, and bottlenecks
  • Improve planning accuracy, schedule adherence, and responsiveness to demand changes
  • Integrate planning with procurement and inventory strategies
  • Oversee manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and technical support
