Provide administrative support to daily operations workAdminister order processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to systemAssist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirementsCoordinate with relevant departments in the daily deployment of trucks and driversAssist in vehicle schedulingPrepare drawings with/without using CAD softwareCoordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billingPrepare full set of documents including costing before passing to other departments for processingPerform verification of sub-contractor billingsHandle office administrative work like filing and scanningAll other job duties as assigned
