This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. This position follows detailed processing instructions to pre-batch and blend raw materials to create a batch of industrial or architectural colorant. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Schedule: Rotating Nights 12-hour Shifts, 5:30pm-6:00am

Night Shift Premium: Monday-Friday $0.40, Saturday $0.90, Sunday $1.15

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
