Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage the operation and maintenance of Linux and Windows operating systems at L2 and L3 levels
- Plan maintenance activities including server firmware upgrades, part changes, and rack maintenance
- Support automation and task delegation to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze health, consumption, performance, and capacity reports to generate work plans
- Manage hardware and software assets, including licensing and logical resources
- Diagnose and resolve medium to high complexity incidents
- Execute non-standard changes, requirements, and platform hardening for security
- Manage alarms and respond to feasibility requests for new features or projects
Requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
