Position Responsibilities:
Supervises the Operating Room staff to provide a daily smooth flow of cases. Assists in coordination of daily case scheduling in the Operating Room with other staff to ensure schedule will flow smoothly (O.R. & X-Ray). Prepares monthly call schedules. Prepare, coordinate and perform monthly Operating Room staff meetings for all Operating Room, Radiology, and Anesthesia Techs. Communicate effectively with physicians to resolve issues and provide efficiency and smooth case flow. Orders instruments and equipment for cases.
