**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Will perform task such as: effective up keep of equipment, electrical repair and service, and/or air conditioning, some repetitive, to maintain the hospital in a safe and attractive condition. And other duties as may be assigned.

+ Must be familiar with hospital layout, equipment, and procedures.
+ Will perform regular, scheduled maintenance tasks, including inspections, servicing, and repairs on hospital refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems.
