We are looking for a practical and quality-driven fiberglass technician with a strong focus on finishing work. You will play a key role in ensuring that every boat leaves our facility in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair damage to plastic and fiberglass boatsFill, sand, and adjust surfaces to achieve high-quality resultsPerform finishing work and quality controlPrepare surfaces for painting and post-treatmentAssist with or perform painting workAssemble and disassemble parts when needed Qualifications:
Experience in fiberglass, composites or auto body repairExperience with painting, sanding or surface workBackground in marine or technical trades is an advantageCategory B driving licenseAbility to work independently and in teams How to apply:
