Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow
• Build catalog items, client s, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions
• Work across modules such as CSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, SecOps, and IRM
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to continuous delivery improvements

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java , Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• CSA certification with at least one CIS certification
