The Department of Surgery at the University of Virginia (UVA) invites applications for a position in the Section of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery. The incumbent is responsible for the clinical care of patients in trauma, critical care, and emergency general surgery, as well as participation in student, resident, and post-graduate teaching. Clinical and laboratory research opportunities are available. The selected candidate will further scholarly achievements with the goal of promotion within the School of Medicine and the University.
