Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Hotel Reservations Account to assist guests with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations. You will provide accurate information and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
-Provide accurate information on hotel availability, pricing, and amenities
-Assist customers with making, modifying, or canceling reservations
-Resolve questions or concerns efficiently and professionally
-Document all interactions and booking details in the system
-Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
-Maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
