**What You’ll do:**

+ Provide onsite, hands-on support in the Rochester Minnesota location, as an extension of the Cigna Account Management team to ensure a seamless benefits experience for HR teams and employees
+ Take ownership and resolve escalated issues, including complex claims, denials, authorizations, appeals, and incentive-related questions
+ Ensure an exceptional employee experience by delivering insights that strengthen client satisfaction, inform Account Management strategy, and enhance program results.
