Position Overview
Oversee the performance of the online product including product portfolio promotions and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities - Work closely with CRM, VIP, Product, and Acquisition teams to maximise user lifetime value and retention.
- Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and promotional effectiveness to optimise key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the lobby strategy, ensuring the right mix of providers, features, and content placement.
- Support promotional planning and execution, including bonuses, tournaments, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with Payments, Risk, Fraud, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvements in the user journey, UX, and overall experience.
- Support high-value user strategies in coordination with the VIP team.
