**This is a Full Time, salaried position at 40 hours per week that requires travel between both Huntley and McHenry Cancer Centers. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30a-5:00p and must be a LCSW.**

Assists in the planning, development, and implementation of psychosocial support programs that directly support the strategic plan and vision of NM. The Oncology Social Worker is responsible for the facilitation and navigation of psychosocial care in the outpatient cancer center environment.
