• Schedule: Weekday; traditional hours
• Practice Setting: hospital; traditional setting, EMR-EPIC
• Practice Details: 25 patients per day outpatient; 20 patients per day rounding, 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology
• Certifications: BC, active SC License, BLS and DEA
