Responsibilities

The Oncology Franchise Manager will lead the strategic planning, marketing, and sales efforts for our oncology and hemato-oncology portfolio. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing and executing business plans, launching new products, developing the sales force, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market share growth while effectively managing the budget.

• Develop and implement strategic business plans for the oncology franchise.
• Lead and manage the oncology sales team.
• Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
