Oncologists specialize in diagnosing and treating cancer. Key responsibilities include conducting cancer screenings and diagnostics, developing and implementing treatment plans, including chemotherapy and radiation, and providing patient education on cancer care.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of internal medicine residency and oncology fellowship
• Board certification in oncology
• Strong emotional intelligence for patient support
• Excellent communication skills
