We are seeking a strong Onboarding Manager to lead and execute customer onboarding in the US. This role manages a small onboarding team (2–3 people) and is hands-on with deployment, configuration and training. The role owns US onboarding as part of its scope (part-time) and works closely with PSMs, Sales, Support, and Product/R&D to ensure onboarding is executed consistently, risks are identified early, and customers reach value quickly.
