The Onboarding Coordinator works to builds relationships between new hires and production management weekly to review the new hires' performance and training plan.The Onboarding Coordinator is to spend 90% of their time on the floor, with 10% off the floor to handle administrative duties. The administrative duties are to include:

Daily new hire check in forms

Weekly reports

Company people pillar check in

Any other duties assigned.

Schedule: 2:30 AM - 9:30 AM M-F, Sat. and Sun. occasional
