As SSD On The Road(OTR) Operational Excellence Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of leaders with the objectives to pursue variation reduction, optimize standard work to reduce cost, and build mechanisms to drive compliance toward the standards. You will be responsible for the prioritization of efforts within a region to reduce variation from the standards and ultimately improve process control and performance for our OTR operations.
