About the role
Location: ChristchurchHours of work: At least 37.5 hours per weekSalary range: NZD $65,000 - $70,000 per annumEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-timeThe Onsite Technician role is responsible for the provision of customer centric onsite End User level 1 and level 2 Support to Fujitsu customers as assigned.
This includes but is not limited to support of the following:
Operating System and Desktop Management client softwareNominated Fujitsu supported Applications and Peripherals.PC systems and peripheralsSmart devicesInduct new customer staff in basic use of IT tools.Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Support of desktop, infrastructure and services across multiple technology streams including, Hardware, OS, Software, Networks, Server, Print etc.
