We are hiring a Retail Development Manager to deliver On’s future DTC retail environments in APAC region. You will be based in our Tokyo office, and your expertise in project management, construction systems, financial oversight, and high-design alignment will be critical to all new store openings (and future remodels) in both Japan and South Korea-with a focus on DTC On Stores, SIS, and POP-UPs-to drive On’s next growth phase.

Your Mission

• Effectively manage the full cycle of the construction process for new stores in Japan and South Korea, including project scheduling, cost control, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, lead time, etc.
