Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting and within the community.

Eleven people, each with his or her own distinct personality and goals, live at Reed residence which is located in downtown Kingston. In the warmer weather, they like being outside, spending time at the park or enjoying barbecues. A shopping excursion to the mall or making plans to go out to enjoy a meal wouldn't be unusual. Employees who have experience in a healthcare setting would be especially helpful at Reed.
