Job Summary
This position supports low-income youth and young adults who may have experience with foster care, homelessness, school disconnection, juvenile justice, and/or other systems as they work toward independent living. The role is based at a 58-unit residential apartment community and is part of a 24/7, year-round supported housing program staffed by case managers.
