Position Overview
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Reports to work on time - properly attired and groomed.
+ Performs set up using clean linen, silverware and glassware appropriate to the menu being served and in accordance with hotel standards.
+ Performs service correctly, adhering to the service rules of the hotel in accordance with instructions given by the Banquet Manager and Captains.
+ Performs clean up in a professional manner. Carefully separates glassware, china and tableware from the table and properly transports these items to the kitchen, as well as returning soiled linen and skirting to the laundry.
+ Performs assigned side jobs daily, including filling of salt and pepper shakers, sugar bowls and stocking of mis-en-place and proper linens and skirting.
+ Reports all incidents, accidents or unusual customer requests to the Captain or Banquet Manager in order to provide an immediate response to such requests.
