The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts and aims to meet monthly sales targets in terms of lending and other products, as well as collections and arrears targets for lending products.
Responsibilities Educate clients on responsible use of credit and effective money management. Establish a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation and tracking. Adhere to internal, regulatory and legislative governance to ensure quality business and mitigate risk. Facilitate intra‑branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units. Provide excellent face‑to‑face and telephonic service to customers.
