We are seeking to appoint a Human Capital Consultant to support the Sales teams. The successful incumbent will be based in Johannesburg or Central and will report to the People Experience Partner. The role is responsible for partnering with leadership teams and contributing to Business Unit and Segment People Plans, with a strong focus on developing and implementing tactical HR plans that drive organisational effectiveness. In addition, the role will provide end to end HR advisory services and ensure effective implementation of agreed people initiatives. The successful incumbent will be required to travel for work purposes.
